About Me
I’m a Quality and Health & Safety professional with over two decades of experience working in demanding, high-performance environments. Most of my career has been spent in senior quality leadership roles within Tier 1 automotive manufacturing, where I’ve built a reputation for strong problem-solving skills, clear communication, and the ability to bring structure, compliance, and improvement to complex operations.
I hold the NEBOSH Diploma and have hands-on experience across Quality Management, Health & Safety, Operations, and Supplier Development. I understand how businesses really work on the ground—how processes break down, how risks emerge, and how to build practical, sustainable systems that keep people safe and keep quality high. In addition to ISO / IATF / VDA quality system accreditation, I have recently achieved accreditation in ISO 45001 (Health and Safety management).
I’m particularly experienced in:
Implementing and maintaining QMS and H&S management systems
Leading root-cause investigation and structured problem solving
Supplier performance improvement and development
Risk assessments, safe systems of work, and compliance improvement
Coaching teams to improve quality, safety, and operational discipline
I’m based in the Midlands and bring a practical, down-to-earth approach. Whether a business needs support with compliance, wants to improve quality performance, or simply needs help making their operations run more reliably, I focus on delivering simple, effective solutions that work in the real world.
Recognising the need to avoid interruption in daily operations, I offer flexible evening / weekend support.
If you’re looking for support in Quality, Health & Safety, or operational problem solving, I’d be glad to help.
